Emilie Rose

Emilie Rose is a French national with over 20 years of international experience in the digital and tech sectors. Her expertise spans Customer Success, Operations, Technical Support, Customer Engineering, Professional Services, and Learning and Development. She has contributed to the growth of major companies like Bazaarvoice, MongoDB and Shopping.com, where she hired and developed global teams and supported leaders at all levels in building healthy, inspiring, and efficient work environments. Emilie is passionate about helping individuals reconnect with their deepest aspirations and work towards them. 

In 2019, she began a profound personal transformation which led her to establish « L’Art d’Etre » or the « Art of the Being ». At l’Art d’Etre, Emilie provides holistic support through a range of tools, including professional coaching, life coaching, intuitive therapy, magnetism, and regressive hypnosis. In 2023, she transitioned to a Learning and Development role at MongoDB.com within the Professional Services org. She facilitated workshops on values, leadership, and communication and developed a coaching program which led her to coach over 60 individuals. Since July 2024, Emilie has been fully self-employed, excited to extend her impact in the corporate world as an external coach.

She is also driven to help teams « uncover the hidden », enabling everyone to feel more empowered and aligned in their roles, ultimately contributing more effectively to the organization’s performance.
